As a valued customer, we want you to know that we care and we vow to ensure you have a great retail experience with us. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalising your purchase. We offer returns within 5 days of receipt.
If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please contact us straight away and our customer services representatives will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will not get refund.

Should you wish to exchange your item(s) for any reason, please contact us within 5 days from receiving your order explaining the reason for your exchange request. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the regarding item(s). Acknowledgment of receipt will be sent electronically following the evaluation process, stating the outcome and whether the item is eligible for exchange or refund.

Upon dispute, the exchange decisions by Mia Charms will be final. Items must be in an unworn, resellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
You can only return your order if you received all items.
You would be able to receive certain items sooner than others from our other warehouses. We will send your order as soon as possible. So your order might have shipped separately from our different warehouses based on stock.
- All Sales are final.
- No refund on any defective items. We will do exhange only.
- Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items within 5 days of receipt date for a refund of that item. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.
- In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED with all the tags and the original packaging. The goods will be inspected once received.
- The goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reached our warehouse. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This include the packaging and tags. Mia Charms is not responsible for any items that are returned with damage.
- Shipping charges are to be borne by the sender.
- Mia Charms recommends you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and obtain a proof of posting.
- There will be no refund on the shipping cost or faster shipping.
What if I received a damaged?
Firstly, we apologise if the products received was damaged.
1.Please email us using the contact us form or email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
2. Replacement must be informed as soon as possible within 5 days after receiving.
3. NO REFUND. Only exchange, this is to avoid worn item returns and customers asking for their money back. It is easily to do with jewelry and we have encountered many do that. So no refund.
4. Customer can request for an exchange with any of the items available with same value.
5. Customer needs to send a picture of the faulty items. Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made.
